Hello Again Ladies and Gentlemen, today we got a strong workout in with our day two intro to Vinyasa, as a reminder the first two days of the practice were condensed versioins and starting at only 14-15 minutes of practice each. on Monday we will start full practices during class that will have our body's under stress for about 25 minutes, please come to class mentally and physically(fed/hydrated) prepared to "Git it in"!!!
A reminder for all PE/Weight Lifting students:
Regardless of the policies of the teachers in the rest of your classes, I need to see you every day for at least a check in for you to recieve both attendance credit and points!!!
Remember that you can access out class through google classroom only(which is linked in my clever portal homroom). If you are in our google classroom, you must complete the following stepsto access our class Zoom sessions as well as my Zoom office hours:
1. click on the "Classwork" tab
2. Scroll down to the "resources section
3. Find the link marked for you Zoom period (weight training daily class session/team sports daily class section/Daily office hours) and click on it to send yourself into our video classrooms.
Team Sports starts at 8:20 am Daily
Weight Training starts at 9:45 Daily
Office Check in starts at 1"08 and goes until 1:40 Dialy
