FREE COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC

Vaccination and boosters are the best protection against COVID-19, and now everyone 5 and older is eligible for both. PUSD is offering weekend COVID-19 vaccination clinics open to all PUSD students, staff, and their families, ages 5 and up.

Boosters for 5- to 11-year-olds and second boosters for adults 50 and older will be available.

All students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to provide consent. Anyone
receiving a second dose or booster should bring their vaccination card with them to the clinic.

COVID-19 vaccines are free, safe, and effective.

Vaccines provided:
- Pfizer Pediatric Vaccine for 5 -11 years old
- Pfizer for 12 years and older
- Moderna for 18 years and older
