Donna Norona, Resource Support

Welcome to my teacher page! I'm a resource support teacher and one of the case managers for 9th grade students with IEPs. I teach the 9th grade support class, co-teach a period of English 1, a period of Algebra 1 and do support facilitation for 2 Biology classes. This is my first year at PHS and third year in the district. I am originally from the Philippines and moved to the Peninsula in 2007 to work in the San Mateo Foster City School District. Back home, I was a high school teacher handling business management elective for 3 years prior to switching to special education. I've since enjoyed teaching at both elementary and middle school levels. This school year, I'm excited to be back at the high school level!

I have been married to my husband Wynn for 12 years and we have 2 sons, Joaquin and Adam. We've called the East Bay our home since 2017. We enjoy the outdoors as much as we can - walking in our neighborhood park, going to the beach and more!
