Greetings,
My name is Pamela Butler-Harris, and I look forward to working with you to build a remarkable rapport between families and staff. Middle school is an ever changing preparation journey for students going on to high school, and beyond. A little bit of background information about me—I earned my Doctorate of Education (EdD), in Organizational Leadership, from Brandman University. I also have a Master's of Public Administration (MPA), with emphasis in Public Management, and a Bachelor's of Arts (BA), in Human Development with an emphasis in adolescence, received from California State University Hayward. I hold a few teaching credentials that permit me to teach all ages from pre-school to adults, including geriatrics. I currently live and work within the Pittsburg Unified School District, where I serve at the junior high school level as an Education Specialist who educates a wide array of students, as well as advocates for students with disabilities.
