Mrs. Beverly

Welcome to MLK!   This year, I will be teaching English Language Development for 6th-8th graders and AVID. I will also continue to support scholars in the After School Program as the  Academic Liaison.  In addition, to my other responsibilities I will continue as the MESA Advisor.  MESA is a hands on program promoting careers in math and science. 

 I joined the Tiger TEAM in 2013.  This is my 21st year working for the  Pittsburg Unified School District. I am very enthusiastic in helping our MLK scholars becoming life-long learners and future leaders! I believe any child can have academic success.  I will be working endlessly to support families during these very difficult times.   Iam only a phone call or email away.  I look forward to a very producitve school year!
