Hello Parents and Scholars,

Welcome to my PE Universe!

This is a new challenging experience for all of us. We will make this Distance Learning work! We are TIGERS and it will be a successful year. Remember, " we are powerful when we empower each other". I am looking forward to meet you all soon and explain what we are going to do in PE. Let's stay together Tiger strong and healthy. "Determined people working together can do anything".

I have been teaching PE for over 25 years, all grade levels, yet middle school remains my favorite.

I earned my BS and MS in Physical Education from Sport Academy in Europe/Poland and a second MA in Physical Education from Adelphi University, NY.

On a personal note: I thank God for giving me the best husband in the world! He is the most special being I have ever met.

My hobbies and interests include: volleyball, tennis, skiing, personal fitness, music, movies, traveling, and of course motivating my scholars to better themselves. I have high expectations for my scholars and expect them to give their BEST EFFORT EVERY DAY in PE!. You don't have to be an athlete to be physically fit! Make yourself stronger than your excuses! So, be prepared, positive, and ready to move!!!

My number 1 rule is RESPECT. I take it with PRIDE what I do - I simply have the best job in the world!!!
