Greetings Students,

Welcome to your 2022-2023 School Year :)  I am super happy to be your Physical Education teacher this year!  

I want to introduce myself by telling you a bit about myself.  This is my 7th year teaching here at Hillview.  I have a second job as a fitness instructor, teaching group fitness classes at various gyms in the evenings and on weekends.  I currently teach body sculpting, Zumba, and Indoor Cycling.  I've been teaching fitness classes for over 35 years!

I used to run a 9 1/2 minute mile, but due to a bad knee, I am no longer able to run. I do enjoy power walking and playing tennis in my free time.  I also play piano and snow ski. My favorite food is Sushi, my favorite color is red, and my favorite place to be is anywhere there's a beach and waves.  I love boggee surfing and body surfing.

I have 2 children. My son, Austin, is 21 and a junior in college attending Sacramento State University.  My daughter Brooke is 17 and a senior in high school. We have a dog named Bandit and 3 cats; Bella, Caspian, and Millie.
