Science is exciting and changing everyday with the more we learn everyday from the world around us and each other. Like other members of my family, I have wanted to be a teacher since I was little. I grew up here in the East bay and studied hard to receive my BS in Biology, minor in Chemistry, Teaching credential, and Masters in Education. In summers past, I have also enjoyed working at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory on projects such as microarray technology and cancer treatment.
