Hello Parents/Families. I am Ms. Cynthia A. Ningas, your child's Teacher for this "unique" school year 2020-2021. I have over 18 years of Pre-K experience and I also have a State of California Teacher Credential / Child Development Site Supervisor Permit. Thank you in advance for giving me the opportunity to provide services to your family. I strive to provide the necessary tools for your child to develop and learn. Our educational environment is fun, loving and safe. I work in patnership with our Program Director, Ms. Eileen Chen and the Heights Principal, Mrs. Laura Francis.
