Greetings! My name is Semi Natagh and I have been a Foothill Elementary teacher at various grade levels, for the past 20 years. My experience and academic background in education are respectively diverse and extensive. I am an optimist at heart and a steadfast believer of the power of the possible. Working with your children brings out the best in me. The rewarding experience of reliving the magic of my chilhood is what has brought me back to my career year after year. My classroom management style is based on setting mutually respectful limits. I communicate my expectations with my students simply, consistently, and directly, holding all of them accountable to high standards.  I regard parents to be as my most treasured partners in the shared mission of educating our children. I have an open door policy for my students' parents and welcome them to join us in the classroom after sigining up at the office. Thank you for allowing me the honor of serving your children and trusting me with this most important endeavor. We are building our future together.
