The page that comes up is the one that we used in our homework, telling you the Unit/Week we are on- Unit 5/Week 3; the special spellings or, oar, ore; spelling words; stories (through Zoom) that we will read together; Genre...remember?!
Zoom Power Hour
When we return from Spring Break, we will be meeting via Zoom on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:50 to Noon. The timing is different, but it was suggested to start at a time that was not common due to the volume of Zoom users. I will send the meeting notifications through ClassDojo. Parents, please review the lesson plans and we can talk at the start of our Monday Zoom meeting to clarify anything that comes up. My plan is to do mini lessons- ½ hour of ELA and a ½ hour of Math. This is still being figured out on my part! If you could set your child up with access to paper, a pencil and crayons while we are on our Zoom call, that would be great! We will be doing some writing, show me games and such so they will need to be able to do this. Monday’s call will be to see what we can and can’t do, then to go from there! I am sure that we all are about to learn a lot!!
This is the next resource that can be accessed directly through the web page. If possible, you may want to print. If unable to print, please complete on regular paper. Typing and emailing will work, too! For this week, here is the link for the packet that we will be working with. This packet is totally optional-
Parents- the first 3 pages of the above document is for you. Please read to familiarize yourself with the packet. If possible, print the packet. If not able to print, please complete as best as you can.
Day 1 of Spring Break is this Friday April 10. We return to Remote Learning on Monday April 20, 2020
