    A new assigment has been posted for World History today.  

     

    New pages were created for each class.  Please refer to your class page for weekly information.

     

    History classes will be updated weeky, with teh exception of next week since it is Spring Break.  If you don't have time to finish the assignment before break, you  may submit it to me after.  However if you would like nothing to worry about during your time off submit it to me on Friday.

    Since history is more about memorizing dates and events,  any questions you have about the "why" things happened the way they did...go ahead and ask.  I love to talk about those things, and if we chat over email, it may hep you remember the significance of event much better, so don't be shy.

     

    PE will be ongoing and I am asking you to submit your logs monthly.  A link to the PE Page with the weekly log and exercises is provided so you can easily download logs and view exercise.

     

    Your goal in Pe is to remain healthy and as active as possible.  Focus on your own skill level and set goals to improve your fitness level.

    For instance, in week 1 if you can only do 10 pushups, try to increase it by 1 each week.  You know your own limits, so if it is lower, that is ok, seek to set a goal that you  know you can achieve.  If you are athletic, push yourself and set higher goals.

     

    If exercise is hard, commit to starting with 10 minutes a day and work you way up to the 30 minutes with a goal of reaching it by the end of the month.  Or chunk up your time and do 3 sessions a day of 10 minutes.  Pick something you like doing....weights ,  video, yoga, shooting baskets outside, bike riding.  Do something you llke and you will be more happy and motivated to do it.
