    1. What physical activity do you perform the most on a day to day basis?
     
    2. Is there a physical activity that you wish to perform more on a daily basis?
     
    Example:
     
    The physical fitness activity i do the most on a daily basis is walk, I walk all around the house, up and down the stairs, out to get the mail and garbage, and generally that's how I get around. I wish I did a lot more jogging, or swimming, jogging because I like to run and it improves my cardio. Swimming because its fun!

    1. Share with me you most and least favorite poses performed in today's practice and Why?.
     
     
    Ex: My least favorite portion was the pretzel type stretch we did towards the end of the practice, because I couldn't really keep my foot on the ground for the stretch so I couldn't get a good stretch in . My favorite of the day was the Deep hamstring stretch in the Triangle pose, because my hamstrings were feeling tight this morning.
