Hello Scholars and Families,
My name is Ms. Blackburn, and where I am the Principal of Highlands Elementary, I have been supporting the scholars of Room 25 these past months. I believe in them and have witnessed their resilience and integrity in real time. You have remarkable children.
I will use this site to support remote learning. You will find links to sites that will support your children both academically and socially as well as lessons that are standards based. Remember, I am an e-mail away should you have any questions.
If you have not accepted the Class Dojo invitation, please do so. At this time, Class Dojo serves as a way to message me directly with any concerns or questions. I will answer any question within 24 hours. Beginning 4/20, I will be marking students on their participation. This will be determined by the work turned/completed on-line in at the end of each week. I do understand that many families are sharing computers, so I am giving until Saturday evening for the week's work to be turned in. If you run into a problem, please let me know.
