Hello Highland's Families,

I am excited, and greatful to teach your children. I have been teaching for 17 years now, and all 17 years have been here at Highlands! I taught first grade for four years, and have done the rest here in kindergarten. I love both grades just the same. I also have some highschool teaching experince. I worked for a few years teaching Chicano/Latino studies at Pittsburg Highschool after school for kids who needed to make up credits. I am a proud graduate of Pittsburg Highschool. I receiced my B.A. and credential from Sonoma State University. 

I have 2 daughters of my own. One is in eigth grade, and the other is a fourth grader. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in second grade, and absouletly love what I do, and the time I get to share with your children.
