Fiscal Reports Overview

  • Throughout the year, PUSD produces several reports. Each year the state requires that the District has its annual report reviewed by an outside independent auditor. The audit report provides all transactions of the District in a format that is easily comparable to other entities and also gives assurance that the District is in compliance with all state regulations. State reports include “Unaudited Actuals", "1st Interim” Reports and “2nd Interim” Reports.

     

    Other reports are produced for the Board and management on a monthly basis to keep everyone informed on how the District is performing relative to PUSD’s budget. These reports are called Financial Status Report and the Budget Increases/Decreases and Transfers report.
