Foothill Behavior Class
The behavior class is designed to address behavior challenges of students in grades 4-6. Along with the core curriculum for all grade levels, this class provides behavior interventions for regular education students. A counseling component exists to help students learn appropriate problem solving behavior and social skills. This class utilizes a level system that encourages students to modify negative behavior. Students are placed on a level system that encourages appropriate behavior.Heights Behavior Class
This behavior class is designed to address behavior challenges of students in grades 1-3. Provides similar instruction to the Foothill Behavior Class.Highlands Special Education Behavior Class
This class is designed to address K-5th grade special education student’s needs who display challenging behaviors. Along with exposing students to the core curriculum, each student's academic needs are met based on the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP). A counseling component is in place to help students learn appropriate problem solving behavior and social skills. This class utilizes a level system that encourages appropriate behavior.
