Welcome to Ms. K's PE!

I have been teaching PE for over 25 years, all grade levels, yet middle school remains my favorite.

I earned my BS and MS in Physical Education from Sport Academy in Europe/Poland and a second MA in Physical Education from Adelphi University, NY.

On a personal note: I thank God for giving me the best husband in the world! He is the most special being I have ever met.

My hobbies and interests include: volleyball, tennis, skiing, personal fitness, music, movies, traveling, and of course motivating my scholars to better themselves. I have high expectations for my scholars and expect them to give their BEST EFFORT EVERY DAY in PE!. You don't have to be an athlete to be physically fit! Make yourself stronger than your excuses! So, be prepared, positive, and ready to move!!!

My number 1 rule is RESPECT. I take it with PRIDE what I do - I simply have the best job in the world!!!

 Hello Parents and Scholars of Ms. K's PE classes. 

This is a difficult time for all of us. Here on my website you will find my online PE instructions for you while we are on shelter in place. It is important to try and have 30-60 minutes a day of physical activity. You can create your own activity and nutrition log. You, my scholars are super important to me. "We are more powerful when we empower each other". I miss you all and I am so proud of you."Determined people working together can do anything".  Let's stay together TIGER strong and healthy!
