Mrs. Lana

Hello, 

My name is Angelica Lana. I joined Los Medanos Elementary as a kindergarten teacher in 2016.  I have over 30 units in early childhood education and have been working with children for over 15 years. I was born and raised in Southern California, where I attended Cal State Dominguez Hills and recieved my Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish. After completing my bachelor's, I attended WLC and recieved over 30 units in Early Childhood Education. I then moved to the bay area, where I  attended Brandman University and completed my Multiple Subject Credential. I love being part of the Pittsburg community. I reside in the city and my own children attend Los Medanos Elementary! I am very excited to be your child's teacher as we will embark  a wonderful journey together. I appreciate all of your support in your child's learning and look forward to having a fabulous year!
