  • Assemblyman Jim Frazier Visit
    Assemblyman Jim Frazier visited PUSD’s Child Nutrition Department to observe the School gardens at Pittsburg HS, Black Diamond HS, visit with students at a summer meals program site at Buchanan park, and discuss the advancement of procurement practices of fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers.

Non-Discrimination Policy

  • Pittsburg Unified School District programs, activities, and practices shall be free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. This applies to all acts related to school activity or attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of the superintendent of the school district.
