*Services are available for those who have Contra Costa Health Plan, Medi-cal, or low income families with no health insurance. If your child does not have health insurance, we will help you apply for insurance. The patient’s Mother, Father or Legal Guardian must be present at the time of the appointment. NOTE: If you have Kaiser, Blue Cross, or another type of private insurance, you DO NOT qualify for our services and should make an appointment with your regular physician.
Starting January 29, 2015, Pittsburg Unified School District school sites will be sending letters home regarding student tardies. Check your mail and email within the next week for a letter providing additional information about the program. This information will also be on your school’s website. Remember: Every School Day Attendance Matters!
